Description

Lead data engineering efforts focused on GCP migration projects and large-scale data pipeline development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale data migrations to Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Java and Scala.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Optimize BigQuery workloads for efficient data processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Scala.
• Proven track record with cloud migration projects.
• Deep expertise in BigQuery.
• Extensive experience building and managing ETL pipelines.
• Availability to work within the EST time zone.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
