Description

You will design and maintain user-centric dashboards and Looker explores within the GCP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, Looks, and filters in GCP Looker that align with business requirements.
• Ensure all visualizations meet functional, security, and compliance standards, specifically for sensitive HR data.
• Optimize existing dashboard features and troubleshoot issues throughout the development and testing phases.
• Document high-level and component-level designs while upholding standards for usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment to manage releases and resolve critical issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in BI and Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GCP Looker.
• Proven ability to build end-user-focused Looker dashboards.
• Deep understanding of core Looker features and performance optimization.
• Experience handling sensitive HR domain data with strict attention to compliance and security.
• Experience working with sentiment datasets.
• Ability to leverage AI-based tools to improve development and testing efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
