Description

Provide technical support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE workloads in a large production environment.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex business application issues through thorough problem determination. Manage incidents, changes, and problems following established methodologies. Maintain and support workloads across Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems. Operate within Agile and DevOps frameworks to support continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in production.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems using established methodologies.
• Support workloads on Windows and RedHat Linux.
• Operate within Agile and DevOps frameworks for continuous delivery.
• Apply working knowledge of LAN and WAN networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production environments.
• Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of Windows and RedHat Linux.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
