Description

Secure the Google Cloud Platform environment by integrating SecDevOps practices into the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Embed security practices and automated scanning into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop and maintain secure Infrastructure as Code templates using Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Manage and enforce IAM policies to ensure least privilege access across GCP services.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Google Cloud Security Command Center and Stackdriver.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on GCP resources to mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in information security with a focus on cloud security.
• Deep knowledge of GCP security services including IAM, VPC, Cloud Armor, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with container security involving Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience managing security within GCP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer or CISSP certification.
• Advanced degree in a related technical field.
