Description

You will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on automation, security, and cross-cloud support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Automate resource deployment and configuration using IaC best practices and CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build and Cloud Deploy.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers in cloud and hybrid environments, maintaining a 70/30 split.
• Manage network resources, security groups, and connectivity, ensuring high availability and secure landing zone patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud projects and provide assistance for AWS and Azure environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud transformation and delivery, specifically with GCP.
• Proven experience leading cloud migration projects across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in GCP architecture, including security, governance, and high availability patterns.
• Proficiency with Terraform, including developing custom modules.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with GCP DevOps tools (Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy).
• Knowledge of network configuration (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, Firewall) and core cloud security principles.

Preferred Skills

• GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with Windows AD and Linux Identity Domain Manager.
