Description

Maintain the scalability, performance, and reliability of large-scale cloud applications on GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and alert for GCP native applications to detect and automatically handle failures.
• Develop disaster recovery plans, SOPs, and runbooks to ensure system uptime.
• Mitigate system failures and implement preventative measures to avoid future disruptions.
• Debug applications and optimize Informatica Cloud (IICS), CDI, DQ, and Intelligent structure parser for performance.
• Automate SRE tasks using scripting languages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or related cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with GCP services including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), covering data integration, transformations, and Application Integration (CAI).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and JSON file processing.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Strong application debugging capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
