Description

Lead the design and implementation of GCP data analytics ecosystems and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive GCP data analytics projects and ecosystems independently.
• Manage a small team of technical specialists to automate environment setup and configuration.
• Develop processes to track test environments and create short-term plans for sprint-based development.
• Monitor and guarantee the uptime of test environments while providing ongoing support.
• Publish GCP cost dashboards, alerting, and monitoring systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with GCP IaaS: GCE, GAE, GKE, VPC, DNS, Interconnect, VPN, CDN, Cloud Storage, FileStore, Firebase, and Deployment Manager.
• Proficiency with GCP data services: Dataflow, Dataproc, Datalab, Dataprep, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub.
• Experience with Terraform and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Cloud Endpoints, Cloud Functions, and Stackdriver.
• Understanding of machine learning setups within Google architecture and Google Analytics products.
• Proficiency with cloud-native data stores and databases.
• Knowledge of design patterns for GCP native and third-party tool integration.
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Solution Architect certification.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Banking domain knowledge.
