Lead technical support operations within Google Cloud Platform environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex issues within GCP services.
• Maintain and support Kubernetes and GKE clusters.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure stability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for support workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years in IT support or cloud support roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP services.
• Direct experience with GKE and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Any Graduate degree.
