Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming tickets via Jira/ServiceNow and categorize them by severity while identifying core technical problems.
• Assist users with common GCP tasks including VM restarts, Cloud Storage permissions, and Cloud SQL connectivity checks.
• Handle daily Google Workspace tasks such as password resets, 2-step verification recovery, and Shared Drive access issues.
• Follow standardized step-by-step runbook guides to resolve known errors without needing to escalate to higher support tiers.
• Monitor Google Cloud Operations Suite for red-line alerts on CPU usage, disk space, and service outages.
• Use Cloud Logging and AI-powered tools to analyze system logs and identify root causes of technical issues.

Experience Required: 0-2 years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Cloud Operations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent technical certifications
