Description

Build and manage conversational AI interfaces using Google Dialogflow CX.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational flows and logic using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate Dialogflow with the Google CCAI Platform, including agent, schedule, and queue configurations.
• Connect Dialogflow with backend applications to facilitate data exchange.
• Develop and maintain Contact Center IVR systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in chatbot development.
• Deep expertise in Google Dialogflow CX.
• Hands-on experience with Google CCAI Platform integration.
• Experience configuring agents, schedules, and queues within CCAI.
• Proficiency in backend application integration.
• Experience with Contact Center IVR development.
• Working knowledge of Java.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work on EST schedule.
