Description

You will lead application development teams in delivering custom and COTS software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in the delivery of application development projects.
• Manage the development and customization of COTS products and custom applications.
• Oversee project lifecycles using Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and Microsoft TFS.
• Resolve technical issues and drive project planning, training, and follow-up activities.
• Apply analytical problem-solving to manage application support and development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C#.net, Web API, and REST API development.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Experience with Angular JS.
• Experience using ServiceNow ITSM.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading a support team.
• Technical certifications in relevant IT domains.
• Experience with Kendo UI Telerik.
