Description

Lead the Custom Application Operations Team managing 8-12 engineers and support specialists for 40+ in-house .NET applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day team operations, including staff guidance, training, and workload prioritization.
• Oversee resolution of complex technical issues and ensure customer SLAs are met daily and monthly.
• Monitor team performance and KPIs to identify training opportunities and ensure efficient ticket resolution.
• Develop and implement best practices to keep enterprise applications supportable and maintainable.
• Recruit and interview qualified candidates to fill open roles within the department.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Technical Lead or .NET Developer.
• 5+ years in an IT management, supervisory, or technical lead role.
• 2+ years in a project management capacity.
• Strong background in C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, and JSON.
• Experience with HTML5, XML, Angular JS, and Kendo UI Telerik.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years managing or leading a support team.
• Technical certifications.
