Description

You will provide technical support and issue resolution for custom .NET applications across various business functional areas in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs within in-house custom applications using Visual Studio.
• Analyze and resolve support tickets within ServiceNow, documenting root causes and communicating resolutions to users.
• Build and run applications from source control, identifying root causes and adding fixes to the sprint backlog.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps on POC research, infrastructure upgrades, and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or software support.
• Strong proficiency with the .NET framework, Web API, and REST API.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including writing and running queries.
• Proficiency using Visual Studio (versions 2010 through 2022).
• Ability to follow ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) within ServiceNow.
• Experience writing knowledge base articles for custom applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM system.
