Description

You will design and implement data pipelines and cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines from traditional and cloud sources to GCP using Dataflow or STS.
• Develop solutions using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Manage data across SQL, NoSQL, and RDBMS environments including OLTP and Data Warehousing.
• Implement monitoring architecture including agents, dashboards, escalations, and alerts.
• Create technical architecture documentation and apply cloud design and FinOps considerations.

Required Skills

• 7 to 11 years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and Scala.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Experience with GKE, Docker, and container technologies.
• Proficiency with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Concource.
• Strong Python and Linux Shell scripting skills.
• Solid understanding of application architecture.
• Degree in BE, BTech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or Kinesis streaming tools.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, or SAFE methodologies.
