Description

You will drive technical documentation, process optimization, and data visualization to support forecast CoE teams.

Responsibilities

• Create technical concept notes and tear down sheets by gathering requirements and researching missing information with CoE teams.
• Conduct process analysis using bottleneck and root cause analysis to define target states and implement improvements.
• Document updated desktop procedures and support new process implementation during hypercare.
• Build reporting dashboards by ideating layouts, creating wireframes, and developing storyboards for key insights.
• Execute ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from core and external datasets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in capability and innovation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing/sanitization.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting high-level structures and concept notes.
• Proven ability to perform process analysis and bottleneck identification.
• Advanced Excel skills for data handling.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically Oncology, Vaccines, or General Practice.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
