Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI and visualization solutions using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams through design and delivery phases, maintaining quality under pressure.
• Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop rapid proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and onshore teams.
• Support business development through RFP assistance, service offering development, and POC creation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management and organizational learning and development initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Expertise in DAX.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and core database concepts.
• Experience in semantic modelling.
• Proven ability to perform performance tuning for reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
• 5 to 10 years of industry experience.
• BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data governance and data security principles.
• Experience within Banking and Capital Markets domains.
