Design and optimize ML systems for AI agents, translating user needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production-grade AI algorithms and agentic workflows.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and system architectures.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs for Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end production projects.
• Manage stakeholder communication and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of deploying software products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Deep knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for agent orchestration.
• Experience with Google ADK for Agentic AI development.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch for machine learning model development.
• Proven history of delivering 3-4 end-to-end production projects.
