Description

You will lead strategic Gen AI initiatives, technical development, and R&D for new product POCs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support client partners to build tangible and impactful Gen AI pipelines.
• Lead key initiatives within the Gen AI COE, focusing on new tech trends and R&D.
• Design solution architecture and build proposals for various business use cases.
• Technically lead a team of developers and mentor talent.
• Build API-based scalable solutions and resolve software or design issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and PySpark for Gen AI orchestration.
• Expertise in integrating LLMs (GPT, PaLM 2, Claude 2, Cohere) via API endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI concepts and applications.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms.
• Proficiency in API design and development.
• Familiarity with R for data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
