Description

You will architect and implement end-to-end conversational AI solutions on GCP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy conversational AI agents and virtual assistants on the GCP platform.
• Build and manage integrations between conversational agents and backend systems and APIs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents from PoC through production deployment and maintenance.
• Craft and refine prompts for generative AI models to ensure accurate and relevant responses.
• Tune and optimize Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and agent performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with GCP Platform, specifically Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.
• Proficiency in Python for building integrations, automation, and data analysis.
• Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks for system integration.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for AI agent lifecycle management.
• Experience designing conversational flows, intents, and entities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI model tuning.
• Strong background in natural language processing.
