Description

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Gen AI solutions into production environments.
• Fine-tune LLMs and evaluate Gen AI output for accuracy and performance.
• Implement best practices, patterns, and documentation for Gen AI applications.
• Conduct experiments and analyses to optimize existing Gen AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to pilot and deploy digital transformation use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Gen AI.
• Experience building ML/NLP models and working with textual data.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases such as Redis, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Knowledge of Gen AI monitoring tools like W&B or LangSmith.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
