Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Gen AI solutions and patterns that meet specific business requirements.
• Fine-tune LLMs and evaluate Gen AI outputs to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, security professionals, and IT operations to align technical implementations with stakeholder needs.
• Conduct experiments and analyses to improve existing Gen AI solutions and implement best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for all Gen AI-based applications and architectures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases including Redis, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Knowledge of Gen AI monitoring tools such as W&B or LangSmith.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Gen AI use cases for Contact Centres.
