Description

Design and lead enterprise-grade Generative AI architectures, focusing on LLMs and RAG solutions for investment banking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap, integrating traditional ML and GenAI use cases.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and inference pipelines.
• Lead the integration of LLMs and RAG frameworks using tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Partner with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for AI, including model versioning and deployment automation.
• Ensure models adhere to governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading AI/ML architecture and strategy in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions, specifically LLMs and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML, including model monitoring and performance tuning.
• Understanding of data workflows, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience working in regulated industries requiring strict compliance and governance.
