Description

You will architect and lead the delivery of Agentic AI solutions, focusing on frameworks like Agent Development Kit (ADK) and LangChain. You are responsible for ensuring adherence to Banking Platform Architecture, managing non-functional requirements, and driving the resolution of technology roadblocks across the software development cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI applications using ADK, LangChain, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Own the MLOps and LLMOps lifecycle, ensuring security, stability, and scalability in multi-cloud environments.
• Engage with architects to define technology strategies and enable application migration paths (e.g., Mainframe to Java, .Net to Java).
• Conduct peer reviews to evaluate solution quality and alignment with technical direction and enterprise risk mitigation.
• Influence product roadmaps by identifying opportunities to resolve build, deployment, and code-level roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, RAG, and agentic workflows in generative AI applications.
• Strong background in MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Proficiency in Java and .Net, with experience in application migration and cloud-native development.
• Deep understanding of banking platform architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to manage software development cycles and enforce security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe to Java or .Net migration strategies.
• Familiarity with OpenShift containerization and deployment.
