You will define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap, focusing on Generative AI solutions for investment banking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and inference pipelines.
• Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Partner with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines for AI, including model versioning and deployment automation.
• Ensure models adhere to governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable and reliable AI components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading AI/ML architecture in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI and Azure cloud services.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of AWS and GCP for AI deployment.
• Experience with data workflows, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of model governance, security, and explainability.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI.
• Experience in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
