Description

Design and implement end-to-end architectures for generative AI applications, including chatbots, copilots, and content generation systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate models (e.g., GPT, open-source LLMs, multimodal) based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and existing data pipelines.
• Lead model fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in designing RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Ability to integrate AI models with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including fairness, security, and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and product teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
