You will design and lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions for operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop personalized responses using pre-trained LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Architect knowledge bases and databases for efficient information retrieval.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) for text generation and understanding.
• Experience deploying and managing AI solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering for fine-tuning LLMs.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and transfer learning.
