Description

You design and build end-to-end generative AI architectures for chatbots, copilots, and content systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient GenAI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Evaluate and select models, including GPT, open-source LLMs, and multimodal variants.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Lead model fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and existing data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or AI engineering.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) application design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong background in RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Proficiency in model fine-tuning and evaluation metrics.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs and data systems.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including fairness and security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with data scientists and product teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in AI deployments.
