You will design and deploy scalable AI systems to transform business processes, customer service, and risk management within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems to solve complex business problems.
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and ethical standards of all AI deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods for AI development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vector Databases.
• Expertise in AI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience managing large, complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
