Description

You will design and lead the implementation of generative AI initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI initiatives, identifying opportunities to apply generative AI technologies to business problems.
• Design and implement enterprise search frameworks using RAG and semantic technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business development teams to deliver solutions.
• Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff and drive continuous improvement through data-informed product decisions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, React, and REST APIs.
• Deep experience with AI and ML frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Stack and Azure OpenAI.
• Practical application of RAG, Semantic Kernel, and LangChain.
• Working knowledge of GenAI models from Anthropic, Meta, Google, and Amazon.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
