Description

You will architect and lead generative AI initiatives, designing enterprise search frameworks and coaching junior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise search frameworks utilizing generative AI.
• Develop solutions and identify opportunities using strategic problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
• Articulate complex product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff on AI and ML practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with the last 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Proficiency in AI and ML Frameworks, Azure AI Stack, RAG, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Python, React, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Azure OpenAI and leading GenAI models from Anthropic, Meta, Google & Amazon.
• Proven ability to lead and manage AI initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions based on data.
• Experience building strong relationships with cross-departmental stakeholders.
