Description

You will design and implement end-to-end conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy conversational AI agents and virtual assistants on GCP.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents from PoC to production maintenance.
• Craft and refine prompts for generative AI models to ensure accuracy.
• Design natural conversational flows for voice and chat interfaces.
• Tune NLU models and optimize agent performance through data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software or AI engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GCP, specifically Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.
• Proficiency in Python for building integrations and data analysis.
• Proven experience crafting effective prompts for LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data management systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of human language syntax and conversational nuances.
