Description

Lead the design and implementation of generative AI strategies and architectures to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business workflows where generative AI drives value in automation and content creation.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps and strategic implementation plans.
• Select appropriate models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and determine optimal use of pre-trained, fine-tuned, or custom solutions.
• Design end-to-end workflows and user experiences centered around AI tools.
• Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, including LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and Vector Databases.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with ML Ops and Google Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, and Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles and deployment patterns for scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.
