You will own the architecture and strategic direction for complex AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the design, development, and deployment of fullstack AI applications.
• Lead and mentor an offshore AI development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define business needs and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Develop Proof of Value (POV) and solution roadmaps for client engagements.
• Implement scalable, secure AI solutions leveraging cloud and on-premises environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, focused on AI/ML applications.
• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js).
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, SciKit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies.
• Proficiency in security, performance optimization, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore teams and managing large-scale AI projects.
• Strong client-facing skills to engage senior stakeholders.
