Description

You will design and architect scalable AI and ML platform solutions to solve complex business challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver rapid functional demos and proof-of-concepts using customer data to showcase real-world value.
• Architect seamless integrations for AI outputs with business systems using JSON, arrays, HTML, and UI/UX principles.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Lead innovation workshops and competitions by demonstrating conceptualized solutions through quick prototyping.
• Support RFx responses and collaborate with partners, ISVs, and SaaS providers to build differentiated solution frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, including AI and data engineering.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience delivering AI solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and C#.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, Gen-AI, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven ability to build and deploy data engineering pipelines.
• Strong architectural design skills for deploying AI systems across various vertical use cases.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
