Description

Design and implement end-to-end architectures to integrate generative AI capabilities into an existing virtual assistant.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design model-agnostic and vendor-neutral architectures for conversational AI enhancements.
• Build, fine-tune, and integrate generative models for response generation, summarization, and personalized interactions.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing AI models and services on OpenShift.
• Lead technical implementation through hands-on coding, prototyping, and testing of AI components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, and data scientists to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and API-driven backend development.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in container orchestration using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and training generative models.
• Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and on-premises systems.
