Description

Lead the architectural design and integration of generative AI capabilities into virtual assistant workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for integrating generative AI into existing workflows.
• Build, fine-tune, and integrate generative models for response generation and summarization.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing AI services on OpenShift.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, and data scientists on scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles, including designing and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and API-driven backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and training generative models.
• Proficiency with Hugging Face or equivalent libraries.
• Experience deploying applications on OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI systems with a focus on data governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises system integration.
