You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Gen AI solutions for production environments.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models and evaluate output accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, security professionals, and IT operations to align technical implementations with stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct experiments and analyses to improve existing AI models and architectures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Gen AI-based solutions and patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI or software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases such as Redis, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Knowledge of Gen AI monitoring tools like W&B or LangSmith.
• Experience evaluating Gen AI outputs and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
