Description

Design and develop architecture for Generative AI systems, focusing on data storage, processing, and retrieval. You will own the technical direction for scalable GenAI solutions that handle large data volumes and complex algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decision-making for external GenAI service providers (Microsoft, Amazon) to ensure cost-effective, maintainable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into enterprise-grade GenAI architectures.
• Optimize and fine-tune large language models to improve performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data collection and integration, and with software developers to integrate AI into existing platforms.
• Ensure alignment with ethical AI practices, addressing bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of advanced machine learning, deep learning, statistics, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, EmbedChain, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Practical knowledge of BERT, GPT, Roberta, and SBERT models.
• Proficiency with NLP tools including NLTK, SpaCy, and Gensim.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs and AI Agents.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth understanding of generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models.
