Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models, multi-modal AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Define and evolve the organization’s AI architecture strategy, focusing on scalability, security, and ethical AI principles.
• Lead PoCs and pilot implementations for AI-first use cases like intelligent automation and knowledge assistants.
• Oversee architecture reviews and ensure best practices in AI model lifecycle management (LLMOps).
• Partner with clients to translate business problems into technical blueprints and shape AI roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI system design.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in cloud-native AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Proven ability to integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like CrewAI and OpenAI Agents SDK.
