Description

You will architect and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases, owning the full lifecycle from prototyping to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making and intelligent workflows.
• Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Lead hands-on coding, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development in Python.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive the AI adoption strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
• Advanced Python programming skills with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Experience designing and deploying Agentic AI systems for autonomous tasks.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions to production environments.
• Strong background in basic and advanced ML models.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and client-facing interviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building proof-of-concepts with provided datasets.
• Background in driving AI strategy and technical leadership.
