Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify GenAI opportunities and operational challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for AI solution design.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Document workflows to pinpoint areas where AI enhances operations.
• Track adoption and outcomes to measure GenAI solution impact.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in GenAI initiatives.
• Strong business requirement analysis and process modeling skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication experience.
• Ability to interpret data specifically for AI applications.
• Change management expertise within an Agile/Iterative delivery environment.
• Proficiency in GenAI, AI, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in wealth management or insurance.
• Experience in AI solution scoping and use case identification.
