Description

You will design and implement advanced generative AI solutions and conversational agents within the finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Build and release NLP and AI software to production environments.
• Develop scalable systems for training and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) and LoRA techniques for LLMs.
• Deploy models for large-scale inferencing using optimization and speed-up techniques like speculative decoding.
• Design and deploy conversational AI agents and agent technology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building and releasing NLP/AI software.
• Expertise in LLMs, Multi-modal LLMs, Foundation models, and Diffusion-based models.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
• Proficiency in LangChain, vectorDB, and Agent technology.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and conversational AI agents.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of multi-modal contrastive learning and LLM optimization for human preferences.
• Direct experience working on projects within the Finance domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with speculative decoding for large-scale inferencing.
