You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and cloud-native architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
• Build and optimize custom Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Implement enterprise automation using Azure AI Foundry.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise with Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency with Azure Functions and App Services.
• Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Core GenAI experience, including RAG Pipeline, Chunking Techniques, and Embedding Techniques.
• Experience with Document Processing, Video, and Speech Recognition.
