Description

Design and deploy generative AI solutions for insurance underwriting and claims processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Apply Generative AI techniques to solve complex insurance use cases.
• Develop NLP models for document classification, entity extraction, text summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Manage the ML Ops lifecycle, including model deployment, version control, and production monitoring.
• Translate insurance business challenges into functional AI-driven technical solutions.
• Communicate technical model outputs and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Data Science experience within the insurance domain (Underwriting or Claims).
• Expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning algorithms, and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and spaCy.
• Strong data engineering skills using SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, or Spark.
• Experience with ML Ops, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Deep Learning experience with transformers like BERT or GPT.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
