Description

You will build and manage data pipelines, Gen AI functionalities, and personalization features for the One Data platform using structured and unstructured enterprise data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new data pipelines and models to meet specific data requirements.
• Develop Gen AI functionalities within Databricks and AWS environments.
• Implement personalization features for the horizontal data consolidation platform.
• Apply machine learning techniques to organize and process enterprise data.

Required Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or SpaCy.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architecture, and Vector Datastores.
• Solid understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning algorithms.
• Experience with active and continuous learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Spark and big data processing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reinforcement learning.
