Description

You will support application maintenance and development for Texas Medicaid systems modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation of application components using CASE tools.
• Execute maintenance, enhancements, and new development work on Compass21 modules.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Interface with other applications and teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical direction and participate in development planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen.
• 3–5+ years of proficiency in SQL.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with Medicaid systems.
• 3–5+ years of experience with HP NonStop (NSK, Tandem) technical platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with state government agencies or the healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with Compass21 architecture and its modules.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in Agile or waterfall environments.
