Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for natural language processing use cases.
• Build end-to-end data science pipelines for training, evaluation, and experimentation.
• Implement and optimize model training and inference using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Design evaluation approaches for model quality, robustness, and performance on NLP tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML components into AI applications.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and deep learning development.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals applied to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development, training, and experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data science techniques for GenAI solution development.
• Experience working with model evaluation, optimization, and experimentation workflows.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and research-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Computer Vision and Reinforcement Learning.
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and deployment workflows.

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science; Master's in Artificial Intelligence
