You will design and build autonomous AI systems for enterprise automation and developer tooling.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems for planning, reasoning, and multi-step task execution.
• Automate repetitive business processes by implementing AI-driven workflows.
• Develop AI-powered tools to enhance developer productivity across the SDLC, including code generation and debugging.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, databases, and collaboration tools via APIs.
• Implement frameworks to orchestrate and coordinate multiple AI agents for complex workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, specializing in agentic or autonomous systems.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Deep knowledge of LLM ecosystems (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta), covering prompting, function calling, and A2A protocols.
• Expertise in RAG and Memory systems, including vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector) and embedding strategies.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in API development using FastAPI or Flask for system integration.
• Familiarity with LLMOps and evaluation tooling (e.g., LangSmith, TruLens, MLflow).
• Experience with coding agents and IDE integrations (VS Code, JetBrains).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployment.
