Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop generative AI applications and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Build Python-based AI services, integrations, and APIs that connect models with business applications.
• Develop retrieval, knowledge-processing, and model-interaction workflows for reliable AI responses.
• Evaluate application quality, latency, cost, security, and hallucination risks across AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver maintainable production AI capabilities.

Skills Required:

• 3.5 to 7 years of relevant software engineering or AI development experience.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Practical experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Understanding of LLM application architecture, model integration, and AI agent workflows.
• Experience developing scalable backend services and integrating AI capabilities through APIs.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LLM applications, LangChain, or LangGraph.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline
