Description

You will design and implement software solutions leveraging GenAI and artificial intelligence to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement GenAI and artificial intelligence technologies to address business challenges.
• Design and build proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of emerging technologies.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs and functional software solutions.
• Integrate new technologies into existing software applications and systems.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automated improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI and artificial intelligence.
• Strong programming foundation in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be local to Boston, MA, and able to work onsite 4 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
